Yesterday, my roommate randomly picked up a compilation record of 80’s disco music from an old Tel Aviv night club and this was the first song on the album. We had never heard it before but instantly became obsessed. Status Quo is an English rock band formed in 1962. You can read the lyrics to this army/war song here. FYI: the song was originally written by a group called Bolland & Bolland.
