Grateful Dead – Scarlet Begonias

It’s Friday and the summer is coming. Time for the Grateful Dead. If you don’t know the Grateful Dead, they’re a classic Jam-band from San Francisco and they sort of represent the whole counterculture of the 60’s and 70’s. Their very dedicated fanbase is referred to as “Deadheads.” The band is known for their live shows (this is my favorite live version of this song) and they also have great lyrics. For instance, I like the line in this song that says “Once in a while you get shown the light, In the strangest of places if you look at it right.”
