Metronomy is an English electronic/rock music group. It started as a bedroom project of Joseph Mount in 1999, who was still living with his parents. With regard to his start in making electronic music, he said he “got an old computer off my dad and I started messing around when I was about sixteen or seventeen.” You can watch an interview of the group here and watch a live performance of this song on Later with Jools Holland here.
