Thanks to Spotify for showing me this song today. Very cool vibe. The name “Shuggie” is a nickname that stems from the word “Sugar” that was given to him by his mom. He is the son of Johnny Otis and started playing guitar at the age of 11. Shoutout to his other popular song, Strawberry Letter 23 (also very unique and cool).
