Smash Mouth – All Star

Earlier this week we got the sad news that Steve Harwell had unfortunately passed away. You will all know the iconic song All Star, popularly known as the “song from Shrek.” This song represents a whole generation. 

Steve Harwell was best known as the lead vocalist of the American rock band Smash Mouth. Born on January 9, 1967, in Santa Clara, California, Harwell rose to fame in the late 1990s when Smash Mouth’s hit songs like “All Star” and “Walkin’ on the Sun” became iconic anthems of the era. His charismatic stage presence and distinctive voice contributed significantly to the band’s success. Harwell’s energetic performances and the band’s catchy tunes made Smash Mouth a household name in the world of pop-rock.
