TC Superstar is an Austin-based band known for their unique blend of indie pop, disco, and electronic music. When I first heard this song, I was instantly mesmerized by frontman Connor McCampbell’s smooth vocals, and as soon as the catchy melody came in I was hooked. I love the juxtaposition of the high energy synth-pop and the melancholy themes.
TC Superstar was formed in 2017 by Connor McCampbell and guitarist Tony Browne. The band quickly gained a following in Austin and has since played at some of the city’s most iconic venues, including Antone’s and Mohawk. Their music has also been featured in films, television shows, and commercials.
“Into You” is a standout track from the band’s 2021 album, “R&D.” The album features a variety of upbeat and danceable tracks that showcase the band’s versatility and creativity. I highly recommend this album for any party or road trip.
