Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons are a classic rock/pop/soul/doo-wop group from the 1960’s. The band was made up of Franki Valli (lead singer), Bob Gaudio (keyboards / vocals / main songwriter), Tommy DeVito (guitar / vocals), and Nick Massi (bass / vocals). They came out of Newark, NJ and according to Tommy DeVito, “There was only three ways out: You could join the army. You could get ‘mobbed’ up. Or you could become a star.” There was a famous Broadway show about their story, titled “Jersey Boys.” The play was also turned into a film directed by Clint Eastwood, released in 2014. It shows the crazy story of the group and how their career went down.
