In honor of the sad news of Tina Turner’s passing, we’re recommending one of her hit songs, “What’s Love Got To Do With It.” Tina Turner, also known as the Queen of Rock n’ Roll, won 12 Grammys, was inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame, and was the first Black artist and the first female to be on the cover of Rolling Stone!
Fun fact: Tina only agreed to record this song if she could do it her own way, “forcefully, with gravity and raw emotion.” She definitely accomplished that!
